Vietnamese Blue Beauty

These are large semi-arboreal snakes that are all over Vietnam in the sub-tropical and tropical habitats in the forests, rivers and caves. They average 6' to 7' but it is common to find they as big as 8 or 9 feet. they range from dark blue, steel blue, or sky blue.  They are typically very docile but may act aggressively if startled or scared. They pray mostly on rodents but will eat other small mammals as well.
