These beautiful snake is from Southeastern China. it's coloration can be a mix of yellows, reds, and blacks to make up their awesome patterns. This species is mostly arboreal and spends most of it's time in the trees and shrubs. They feed on small mammals, birds, and amphibians. They do have a semi-aggressive nature which makes them geared more for the experienced enthusiasts. They are also called cave racers, and cave dwelling rat snakes.
I love the color of these snakes and we also have the closely related Chinese Blue Beauties.
