Everglades Rat Snakes

These beautiful snakes are found in the farmlands, forests and wetlands of Florida especially in the Everglades National Park. They eat rodents, lizards, frogs, birds, and eggs. They reach between 3' and 5' and can weigh as much as 5 pounds. the life span is between 10-15 years typically but can live as much as 30 years in captivity.
