The species P. melanoleucus is found in the United States in Alabam, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Delaware, and Virginia. It inhabits many types of terrain. The can grow to be up to 90 inches, and are very thick.
I love when these guys are born. They look like little slugs and are ready to eat almost immediately. The Adults get the awesome size and again they normally have a great disposition.
